2020 Calgary Kangaroos AFC Annual General Meeting - November 12, 2020

Notice is hereby given that the 2020 Calgary Kangaroos Australian Football Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 8 pm MT.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, you must be a member in good standing (paid 2020 membership fee) as at the record date for voting, which shall be November 12, 2020.  

The meeting will be held electronically via Google Meet; click the link below to join. Note that there may be a short delay to join as we must manually approve each attendee.

Declaration of quorum (minimum five members required)
Approval of agenda
Approval of 2019 AGM minutes
President's report
2020 financial update and tabling of 2019 statement of financial activities
Election of directors and officers
